1. The Hacktivate is organised exclusively for the employees of the organisation, including interns.
  2. Last date for registration is 22nd December, 2023.
  3. Only one member from the Team needs to do registration - Link
  4. Each team can have a maximum of 4 members (upto 3 from Tech & upto 2 from non-Tech).
    Note that there should be at least 1 member from Tech to implement the final product.
  5. Contestants should come up with their own idea which should be prominent enough in terms of its benefits for the company.
  6. Each team has to submit a problem statement and get it approved from the Judges.
    The process to submit your problem statement is as follows:
    1. You need to submit a problem statement in the problem statement submission form. You need to fill at least 1 problem statement to submit.
    2. Upto 4 problem statements can be submitted in order of preference. If a problem statement with higher priority is violating any regulation as per judges the next problem statement shall be used for review.
    3. The selection of problem statements is on First Come First Serve basis to avoid duplication of projects. So submit your problem statements before someone else does.
    4. Once your problem statement is approved by Judges, a mail will be sent to you with the approved problem statement.
    5. In case none of your submitted problem statements gets approved, you will be notified by mail and you need to submit new problem statements following the above mentioned steps.
  7. The project being built should be in direction of benefiting the company, its employees and/or its customers.
  8. The submitted project will be the intellectual property of the organisation.
  9. All the participants should warrant that the submission made is not infringing any third party rights. The submission should not contain malware of any kind.
  10. Teams must stop hacktivating once the time is up.
  11. Teams should be aware of any third party libraries used in the project.
  12. Final product should be a working prototype.
  13. The winning teams will be awarded tentative cash prizes of:
    1st place: ₹30,000/-
    2nd place: ₹15,000/-
    3rd place: ₹10,000/-
